Terms of Service

This website is operated by Venshub, a trading name of CHRISTINA ENTILL LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our published policies. You must be legally able to place an order in your location and may not use the site unlawfully or interfere with its security.

Products, orders and prices
Product listings are prepared to describe the items accurately. Review the individual product page for its current description, options, and any stated specifications. Prices are displayed in USD and availability may change. Orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, and acceptance. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for it.

Processing and shipping
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch. Standard Shipping is FREE with an estimated transit time of 12–20 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping is US$14.90 with an estimated transit time of 7–15 business days after dispatch. Available destinations and methods appear at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers or customs.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Eligibility and instructions are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Website access
The website is provided through Shopify. We may update site content and these terms as our services or legal requirements change. To the extent permitted by law, Venshub is not liable for indirect losses arising from site use; nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
