Returns & Refunds Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order by contacting sac@venshub.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending any item.

Returned items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with accessories included. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review and assist.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. After an approved return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post it.
