These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Venshub at venshub.com. Before placing an order, please review the product description, selected options, quantity, and total shown at checkout.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected items. Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; it does not guarantee that an item remains available. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for it. Prices are shown in USD. The price and shipping charge displayed at checkout are the amounts due for the order, subject to any taxes or import charges shown or assessed by the relevant authorities. Payment is processed through the methods presented at checkout.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch. Standard Shipping is FREE and is estimated at 12–20 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping is US$14.90 and is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. Destinations and available shipping methods are confirmed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Eligibility, instructions, and refunds are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
